POSITION 59 NATIONALLY
Alim High school held its Achievers Day on the
14th September 2019. Professor Mohamed Bakari, Vice Chancellor, RAF University presided
as the Guest of Honor at the event held at the school grounds. The event kicked
off at about 9.00am when the guests started arriving. As with tradition, the
chief guest Professor Bakari signed the School Visitor’s book before proceeding
to a tree planting exercise. The events main proceedings, the Prizes and Awards
presentation took place in the school's Multi-Purpose Hall.
excelled in different subjects and class performance were awarded prizes by the
distinguished guests. Teaching staff and support staff that perfumed exemplary
during the year were awarded for their efforts. The event culminated with an
uplifting speech made by the Guest of Honor, Professor Mohamed Bakari ,
motivating the students to perform to their best and make themselves proud
alumni of the school. The festivities of the day ended with lunch served for
the guests, staff and students. |

Principal Mr. Charles Anyuka receives a new computer from Mr. Ghalib

2017 KCSE RESULTS
to our class of 2017. Alim High School has continued to excel in KSCE
perfomance. We have been ranked position 59 nationally making us one of
the top schools countrywide. Alim
High School has continued to hold its top position as the
top school in Machakos County. This sterling perfomance, an attribute of the discipline
and hard work of the students, dedication of teachers and the unwavering

Alim High School held its annual retreat for the teaching members of staff and the Board of
Management at Maanzoni Lodge, Machakos
county on 1st November, 2019.
Discussions were held on issues touching on academic perfomance, teamwork and service delivery.
Recommendations were made that would maintain and propel the school's overall perfomance.

That was the opening statement from Dr. Othman Mujahid in a Mentorship
Workshop for ALIM High School students on Sunday 17th March 2018.
Dr. Mujahid is a well-known Educationist and a powerful Motivational Speaker
in the country. Alhamdu Lillah! He has involved himself in Youth Mentorship
programs in many schools and institutions. Dr. Mujahid is a graduate of McGraw
University with a PhD in Educational Management.
The school is a boys boarding school offering the 8-4-4 curriculum.

Students must have scored 300 marks or above in KCPE and pass an admission test
must have scored 300 marks or above. In addition they must be among top
students in their former
schools and also pass our written interview.
We DO NOT admit students into Forms III and IV classes because we believe we must nurture our students
from an early stage.
